The installation was super clean. We had some error messages with the spa pumps but they were diligently resolved. I thought the caliber of employees was very high. Our long time tech, Wes, retired a few months ago and I was sad to see him go since he was so friendly and knowledgeable. But our new tech, Ethan, has also been great. He takes time to do the little things, and our pool is always sparkling when he's done. Their office is also very responsive and easy to work with. They come weekly to service our pool and spa which is now 25 years old. Jeremy is our service provider. He is absolutely wonderful. We have had numerous pool service companies over the years but no one provides the care that Jeremy does. He takes such pride in his work. He is quite personable and full of enthusiasm towards his work. He leaves the pool sparkling with it being a jewel in our backyard.
